    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC machinery and a commitment to maintaining high production standards while adhering to safety and quality protocols.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) according to blueprints, specifications, and work orders

    • Load raw materials and perform tool changes as needed

    • Monitor production to ensure components meet quality and dimensionaL standards

    • Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

    • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines

    • Troubleshoot and report any mechanical or quality issues

    • Accurately complete production and inspection documentation

    • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • 1+ year of CNC machine operation experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)

    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

    • Familiarity with G-code and machine control panels

    • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

    Position Summary:
    As a Cabinet Manufacturer at Boyce Products, you will be responsible for building and assembling custom cabinets and wood fixtures to exact specifications. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and enjoys hands-on craftsmanship.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •  Assemble and construct cabinets and wood products using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery

    • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and cut lists

    • Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to project specifications

    • Install hardware (hinges, slides, pulls) and perform finishing work as needed

    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

    • Inspect finished products for quality, fit, and finish

    • Follow all safety protocols and shop procedures

    • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and standards

    Qualifications:

    •  High school diploma or equivalent

    • Prior experience in cabinet making, woodworking, or a related field preferred

    • Ability to read shop drawings and use measuring tools accurately

    • Skilled in using woodworking tools and machinery (e.g., table saws, routers, sanders)

    • Experienced in general wood working veneering and laminating

    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

    • Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods

    • Good communication and teamwork skills
